Return Process

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your package.

  Pack and Ship

  Place the items in their original packaging and drop off the parcel at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup point.

  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
